Nascent STX Entertainment has staffed up its marketing department with a quartet of executive hires. Terry Curtin will lead Strategic Marketing and Global Communications, Keri Moore oversees Creative Advertising and Brand Development, Amy Elkins runs Media and Marketing Innovation, and Andrew Runyon tops Worldwide Digital Marketing & Technology. Theatrical Marketing President Jack Pan’s team is tasked with craft fresh, integrated, cross-platform campaigns with an eye on shifting consumer behavior, strategic thinking and new technology.
Curtin has done stints at companies including Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Disney, Revolution Studios and MGM/UA. Keri previously held worked at studios including Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures and at creative advertising agencies Aspect Ratio and Open Road. Elkins most recently served as Managing Partner of Mindshare, where she led the digital business for Lionsgate. Earlier she was SVP Theatrical Marketing at MGM/UA for 11 years. Runyon most recently was VP International Digital Marketing at Paramount Pictures and worked at Walt Disney Studios before that.
