Lusia Strus (50 First Dates) and Terry Kinney (Show Me A Hero) have been cast opposite Michelle Dockery and Juan Diego Botto in TNT drama pilot Good Behavior.
Based on the Letty Dobesh books by Wayward Pines author Blake Crouch, Good Behavior is written by Crouch and Chad Hodge (Fox’s Wayward Pines) and tells the story of Letty (Dockery), a thief and a con artist whose life is always one wrong turn, one bad decision from implosion — which is exactly how she likes it.
Strus, repped by The Talent House, will play Estelle who lives in rural Georgia and has custody of Letty’s ten year-old son Jacob. After the “nightmare” of her daughter Letty, Estelle sees Jacob as her do-over. She talks tough and is very serious about being Jacob’s guardian. But in her efforts to be a good mother she may be doing even more damage. Like Letty, Estelle has dark demons…and way too much fun. Kinney, repped by Brookside Artist Management, is Christian, Letty’s substance abuse counselor. A mentor and father figure to a woman who lives at her lowest point. Christian doesn’t always hear the truth from Letty, but he’s lying to her, as well, not only about his own sobriety, but also about why he’s really “helping” her. Strus also recurred on Wayward Pines. Kinney’s other TV credits include Black Box and a role on Showtime’s upcoming drama series Billions.
