The Jungle Book is winning the domestic weekend with an expected $38.8M 3rd frame. The overall totals through yesterday are $219.9M for North America, $386M for international and $605.9M worldwide.
Little Mowgli and the rest of his pack star in the No. 4 film of 2016 to date domestically and globally. The Jungle Book, which has received critical praise and struck a chord with four-quadrant audiences, is at around $120M in China, its lead overseas market. The UK, India, Russia, Mexico and France have also been among the top plays.
