Twilight alum Taylor Lautner is set as one of the new male leads in the upcoming second season of Fox’s Scream Queens, the horror-comedy series from creators-executive producers Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.
The second season of Scream Queens is set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Lautner will play Dr. Cassidy Cascade, a physician at the hospital who suffers from a strange medical condition and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution.
Lautner joins fellow new Scream Queens male lead John Stamos as well as returning stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Glen Powell, Billie Lourd and Niecy Nash, who are reprising their roles from Season 1.
Returning for Season 2 on September 20, Scream Queens hails from Ryan Murphy Television and Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Alexis Martin Woodall also exec produces.
Lautner recently starred in Adam Sandler’s Netflix comedy feature The Ridiculous Six and on the UK comedy series Cuckoo. He is repped by WME and Untitled Entertainment.
