There’s no doubt that Carolina boasts the best record out of any team this year in the NFL. And even if they do lose against the Denver Broncos on Feb. 7, they surely must be a contender for best team after boasting an impressive 15-1 record this season.

Much of their success is down to Cam Newton, who has enjoyed a breakout season that has already seen him named the 2015 MVP by the Pro Football Writers of America. As well as recording a league-high 45 touchdowns, he’s been responsible for 35 TD passes and 10 touchdown passes.

While MVP seems to be a certain shoe-in for a quarterback, other positions are also recognized with multiple awards up for grabs, including Coach of the Year, Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year, Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year, to name but a few.

The ceremony will be in good hands this year as well, with Conan O’Brien on hosting duties looking to control the raucous players and provide the laughs. It should be great!
